This one bedroom cottage renovated to the highest of standards is a luxourious treat sitting on a lakeside close to the Devon/Cornwall border and is ideal for a couple with a dog and/or child.
Polhilsa is an ideal base for touring the areas of outstanding natural beauty of Dartmoor and Bodmin Moor, both offering some of the most breathtaking views.
The accommodation offers one bedroom, a spacious galleried room offering fantasic views through the large french doors. There’s an open plan Lounge/diner with reclining leather suite, large flatscreen TV with Freeview and DVD. The Kitchen has an integrated oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and fridge/freezer.
Outside you’ll have access to the shared garden and lakes through the french doors from the lounge, with seating and BBQ.

The Farm is located on the outskirts of Hayle with its shops, pubs, harbour and restaurants just a few miles away along with 3 miles of safe beach, ideal for bathing and surfing.
A short drive across the bay is St Ives has a host of galleries, including the Tate and many restaurants
A short drive will get you to the South coast for places like Penzance, with its long sandy beach at Marazion, St Michaels Mount and the fishing villages of Newlyn and Mousehole, with spectacular scenery to enjoy on your way.
